Screen turns white and shaky

Hello, i have this problem with my dell inspiron 15.. when i maximize the brightness of the screen it becomes white and keeps on blinking/moving/shaky. Even if i only set it at 50% of its brightness same thing happens. Please i need your help. What should i do?
