Gain access facebook account when SMS code goes to old phone no

Hello,
How can I gain access to my facebook account when the SMS code goes to my old phone number. I forgot to change it to my new number. So now when it asks for the code, I cannot get to it. I have done the take a picture with the security code, but have not gotten a response. Any idea how long it takes to hear back on the picture/code? How can I gain access otherwise?
