Unable to log in my laptop

Hello,
I have done this what you have said to disable all, and then there was pop up for restart i done that.
Now my pc is booting fast but i am unable to log in.
I am filling my pin which i used hundred times but when i fill that nothing happens. System only shows my picture only and when i click on the pic again sig in options occur. No start option no homescreen nothing. Please help.
