Hello,

I have a a set of head phones that have stopped working when I said yes to windows asking me to re-enable them. This happened when I tried to get my mic to work by plugging it into a different USB port. The mic is part of the headphones as it is connected to a USB adaptor. the headphones is set as the default audio device and has a up to date driver. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it in device manager and also disabling it and re-enabling it. I have plugged the jack into my 3DS and it works just fine, but when i plug it into my computer no such luck. For some weird reason when i move my jack inside of the adaptor it will work just barely mainly out of the right speaker. I have used a restore point as well but it didn't work. plz help
