Lcd turning off after 2 seconds

I own a NEC Multisync lcd1935NXM , and it suffered a fall from my desk and it used to have a brightness issue when you turn it up it overloads the system. But now i can turn it on 2 sec later its off and i also get the OSD lockout when i try to access the menu. also most of the lets menu unlock things dont work for the buttons are touch sensitive so i cant press multiple at a time. Please help!
