Remove Rejected Nymber

Hello,
I accidentally rejected ny brothers phone from calling my phone. Apparently there's a difference from blocking and rejecting. It's not blocked; it just keeps rejecting. In contacta there is no circle with the line through it but when he calls it goes straight to vm. I talked with Samsung and Sprint and neither one could help me.
