Help on excel

Hello,


I have a table of date time and value for a month, would like to find the value searching the date and time

ex

Date time Value
jan 31,2016 0:00 33
jan 31,2016 1:00 22
jan 31,2016 2:00 12


SO anyone know without creating macro how to get say value 22 from that table
I tried Vlookup and Match BUT cant seem to get it right
