Change bunch if cell colours when cell pressed

Hello,

I would like to be able to click on a yes cell, no cell and a selected amount of cells in a column change to either green/red. Effectively acting like buttons. This is to show if parts are on order or not from suppliers as part of a university project.

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
