Multi Sheet formula

I am trying to figure out how to automatically find and remove duplicates across several sheets. The purpose of this is to have a master list of my inventory followed by several pages for my drivers. I am wanting to be able to remove something from the "master list" when it is entered on to my driver's excel sheets. I am not having any luck finding a formula for this function. Is this even possible and if so, how?
