Inserting a Prefix based on cell color [Closed]

Hello,

I have an answer key in excel, which indicates correct answers with a green cell background.

I need to insert a "*" prefix for each correct answer so that I can automatically upload and create SCORM based assessments.

Is there a formula or function that will assist in that.
