Keypad & Touchpad of my Toshiba Satellite is not working

Hello,

Keypad & Touchpad of my Toshiba Satellite is not working at all. Prior to this, I tried to restore the laptop, which was not successful due to technical reasons.after that I did undo the restore. But when the system started both touchpad & keypad were non functional. I am totally in a fix as the system is unfunctional. Even the wireless mouse is not working. Someone, please help me to rectify the problem. I will be really grateful.
