Laptop wont start but it light up

Hello ... This morning i turn on my laptop and use it for few minutes and i turn off by shut down the laptop ... After that i turn on my laptop for second time and it light up and show a simbol on the display and it look like comand or something ... I wish i can show what is showing on display to you guys ... And as far as i know it not blue or green screen of death it just show command that use this simbol [ _ ] *simbol inside*
