EXCEL: If number in 2 sheets match, transfer row to third sheet

Hello! I have a question. I'm going to try to be as clear as possible.

I have sheet 1 that contains all customers who are NOT on paperless billing. Their account numbers are in column D. I have sheet 2 that contains all customers who ARE on paperless billing (list taken a week later). Account numbers in column D. If an account number appears in column D of both sheet 1 and sheet 2, I would like that whole row to be transferred to a third sheet. The idea is to see which customers switched to paperless billing within the past week. Is there a way to do this?
