Populate a work schedule based on a matrix on a separate sheet [Closed]

I am trying to populate a work schedule on one sheet of a workbook based on a date matrix on a separate sheet of the workbook.
I have a list of names in column 1 of sheet 1. Columns 2-32 correspond to a day of the month.
The second sheet of the workbook is set up with column 1 being the day of the month (1-31) and columns 2-4 as the names that need to work that day.

I want to set it up so that if I enter an X or some other value into a column on sheet one that it automatically fills the name from column 1 sheet 1 into the correct row corresponding to the date of column 2 of sheet 2.
