Print selected data from a sheet based on the date period select

Dear All,

I have worksheet that gets updated on a daily basis and want to be able to set it up to automatically print based on the date period selection every time I have an inspection from the Safety Dept.
The printed data to be posted on the sheet "Report".

the sheet name with all the data is called"DBbiocidesUsage"

and it has the following column fields:
Date
Year
User
TradingName
Permit
ActiveIngredient
ExposureTime
SafetyMeasures
