Lenovo Ideapad 510 Num pad not working

Hello,

Laptop 2 months old running windows 10. Numpad worked originally but now does not.
Tried the ease of access approach. nothing was checked to allow me to uncheck.
Numlock button illuminated or off still no action from the Numpad.

Please help very frustrating
