Move dated cells up to the top of a list

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet that I am using for calibration dates.
I'm using the traffic light layout for the cells.
I would like to know how to get excel to move the rows to the top of the spreadsheet automatically when they turn to red so that it is easier for others to read?
