I wanted to use an excel file as a sign in sheet. I need user to read the agreement that is presented on screen in an excel file. After reading the agreement user swipes thier card or enteres their number manually. Also this agreements stays visible all the time. The manually entered data gets copied over to next sheet with time and date stamp if possible. When the next user swipes their card oe enters their number that also gets copied to the otehr sheet and in a next raw.
