How to populate sub sheets based on criteria from a master

Hello,

I'm working on a master file with sub sheets. I'd like to auto populate data from rows A-S to sub sheets (Dave, Jamal, Addi), based on data entered in row L (Dave, Jamal or Addi).

Is there a way to do this without having to create codes for a macro?
