Can no longer access my facebook account

Please help all of a sudden my facebook wont accept my password. I have tried resetting it and it says I have tried to enter the code too many times. Also get the same message when I try to change my password. Can anyone help please I have pictures on my fb account of my late father that I only have on there so really don't want to have to create a new account.
