.cmsvault(donot delete!)

Hi guys, I was checking my internal files on my android phone and I saw a really strange text file that said don't delete or else your photos will disappear. And it's path was inside .cmsvault folder. Is it related to cmsecurity or am I hacked? Reply ASAP
