Windows black screen problem

So i decided to restart my comp and after the login screen of windows black screen with cursor appeared. I restarted it without battery, with battery about 20 times, tried running troubleshoot. Well that failed, so i decided to google. Tutorial said to go uninstall some video drivers. So i did. Well i restarted it again and now screen turns black after hp logo...and safe mode or anything else didnt work.
I am an idiot, please help me someone ;_; ~~
