Pc turn of in windows installation

Hi guy, i need help plz, am using dell latitude d610 i cant complete install wibdows due to pc is always turn off in 24 to 13 minutes..sometimes its turn off in 34 minutes of windows installation.. So i cant finish installation bcoz of this problem.

Plz wat can i do....coz i already use many options like changing processor,RAM and disk driver.
