Comparing Excel Sheets and copying changed data into a new sheet

I'm trying to compare a master excel sheet to updated excel sheets and create a new sheet with the new data. For example: Master Data Sheet has Name, Department, Phone and address. Updated sheets have the same columns with changes to the data in all or some of those columns. Short of manually comparing and copying and pasting the new data is there another way to reflect the changes to data?
