Get pointer on Toshiba to work

Hello, have tried to get pointer on Toshiba to work by using fn+ f5 or f9 keys. Unlocked then stopped. Tried using mouse and same thing. Tried updating pointer driver and windows says current driver up to date.

Any other suggestions?
