Parent/Child flat heirarchy formula needed [Closed]

Hello,

I need to compare data from one column to a another column in a hierarchy level, so if the level is 1, there is information in different columns that need to be transposed to another spreadsheet in the same work book, then it needs to have all the Level 2 data transposed in columns next the information for the parent, I am hoping someone knows of a formula that might make this more of an automated task, instead of cutting and pasting.

I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about hope it's not confusing.
