Hello,
im kinda new to excel and vba itself. Recently i've been using Template Wizard to create a template and storing it into the database. But i figured that the program is kind of unflexible because let's say if i were to pass down the database file to my colleague for him to take over the storing of data, i think it is not possible as during the start i had declare the directory of the database and template before creating the database file. So if any experienced excel users are able to recommend me any other way to do it? Is it even possible when i send out a "Excel form" to other users and after they send it back to me and im able to somehow use a macro to save it into another excel file which can act as an database? Any recommendations are most welcome. thanks. Please help me, been searching around google for some time now but cant find the answer

And as for the Excel form that i created, i have only a specific cells that i need to grab and the other cells that are not included are locked.

And let's say i want to save this cell's values into a new excel file called : "Form Database" located in destop. Thanks once again

E.g of the cells
