Custom-built computer doesn't works

Hello,

We have mounted a new computer which consists of (all is new):
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K (3.5 GHz)
- Power Supply: Lepa G1000-MB Modular - 1000W
- Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO
- RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 5 Series Black 16 GB (2x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL16

When I turn on the power switch, the lights on the motherboard come on and it displays "Code 00" just one second and it disappear. After that everything stops. I am unable to boot into BIOS. When the bios start button on the motherboard is pressed, the fan and the power supply turns on for 2 seconds, then stops. The lights stay on. There are no beeps from the motherboard for diagnosis.
The memok does not seem to work.
