E90 boots up asking for date and time

I just got another Nokia E90 to replace my original one. Everything seem fine except that each time I boot it up it shows 01/01/2009 and for me to either OK it or change it, next it asks for the time, which shows 9:00. After changing and OK-ing, then a message comes on to say it's "checking for components..." and then it finishes booting up. Will doing a Restore to Factory Default fix this? Or is it something beyond my power? I just received it in the mail, and would like to be able to make it work. Thanks in advance for your inputs and advice!
