Toshiba Error: F3-F200-0002

Hello,
I recently had a problem with my Toshiba Satellite laptop not starting up or displaying graphics. Well, got that problem fixed. I started an "Out of the box" recovery of my whole system by using the recovery discs provided to me by the original retailer. All was fine, but now Recovery Wizard displays an error message saying, Error: F3-F200-0002. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem so I can continue my recovery process, or how to start the Recovery process all over again.
