No logon, no desktop, no icons, just a blank screen

Hello,

I'm having a similar problem after powering up my laptop. I can no longer get to logon, that icon doesn't appear. And if you can't logon, you can't get to the desktop which of course has the start button, the screen with icons, like your folders. In other words, once I get into the house, there is no furniture. I'm using the Toshiba laptop, windows 10, I hope someone can help me. If it was possible I would send a snapshot of the problem, but I can no longer get to that program. I can't get to any programs.
