Laptop is entering into BIOS once switched on

Hi

My laptop was working fine until I connect pendrive but once I plugged in my pendrive it worked fine for sometime and after removing my pendrive with "safe remove" it got shutdown automatically. If i started again it is entering into BIOS settings and gets loading failed. It is not moving forward. Is my OS got corrupted??? Please assist me regarding this issue.

Suppose if USB drivers issue how to reinstall drivers as it is not entering into windows.

My os is windows7.
