Acer wont boot past logo

Hi, so i've searched around and can't seem to find the answer. When I boot my acer, it starts up and enters the acer logo screen. Within 30 seconds, the boot process is restarted without having ever left the acer logo screen. I've tried entering the bios, safe mode, etc with no luck ... the only thing the laptop does, if I press those hotkeys, is Beep loudly.
