Match and Paste

Hello,

I have two spreadsheets that have two columns that are similar and a third column that is only correct on the 2nd worksheet.

Example
Sheet 1

Column A Column B Column I
Account CUSIP QTY


Sheet 2

Column B Column C Column F
Account CUSIP Correct QTY

Because this list is over 1000 rows long and some accounts or cusip's are duplicated I need a macro to look at both columns and then paste the correct quantity into column I on the first worksheet.

I've gotten close in the past yet am unable to get it to verify a match in both columns.

Ideas?
