WD Scorpio Blue 1TB I/O error

I have been using my WD 1.0TB HD for a year or so with no issue at all. Recently I had an problem and had to force a power off after my computer locked up. When I rebooted my 1TB drive was no longer displayed. When I checked Disk Management it told me that I had to intinalie the drive. When I told it to do that it came back as unable to intinalize due to an I/O error. I have a lot of unreplaceable data and Have to recover it. Please help.
