Hi i am looking for solution refer attached excel snapshot

need to call or create predefined series in column by entering single value in cell

logic is if i entered 55 then the it has to start from 33 to 54 by increment of 3 and from 54 to 55 by .5 (i.e 54.5 55.5)
similarly for 100 it has to start from 33 to 99 by increment of 3 and from 99 to 100 by .5
