Hello
I have recently received a new Acer Aspire (I'm not quite sure of the model). It was working well until I decided to factory reset it. After I had finished setting it up, the keyboard became unresponsive. I have tried to unlock it in various ways, I have also tried reinstalling windows 10, but nothing seems to work. I have also booted my computer in safe mode but nothing has worked. My computer says that a plug in keyboard is detected and is working correctly. Is there any way to fix this problem without going to a professional?
