Laptop not booting up showing blank screen

I have a Samsung lap...and it worked fine till last week.now when I try to switch it on the Samsung logo shows up and then a blank screen comes.

I thought it might be an OS issue n tried to install os via bootable USB but it is not booting up...I am so much frustrated....please help me in solving this
