Computer crashes and boots incorrectly

Hi everyone,

I got a new computer built for me around 2 months ago and since a month ago, when I try to power on my computer, about 20% of the time, it seems that my computer boots wrongly, and just displays nothing, my screen stays with a yellow LED as if there's nothing connected.
But also today, it was the first time that on boot, my screen went completely red and you could see my cursor with a loading animation but it would be frozen (moving the mouse didn't do anything. Not sure if it`s related too, but it seems it happens more often when I plugged in my phone or something in my usb the day of usage (I unplug it when I go sleep and turn off everything)

My computer build is something like this:

I7-7700K
kinsgtonx hyperx fury ddr4 16gb
kingston ssd 240gb, (also using my older harddrive)
GTX1070 founders edition,

would anyone have an idea of why my computer isn't booting properly sometimes?
