Razer Kraken Pro 2.0 Microphone not being detected

I recently got this new headset, the audio works fine but the mic wasn't working. I've looked through my sound and the mic isn't even being detected. I've looked at almost every thread on this topic, tried every "Solution", but nothing seems to work. I bought the last model awhile back and it worked fine. I have no idea why this isn't working and its been frustrating me so bad. If anyone knows how i can fix this problem i would greatly appreciate it.
