Toshiba won't charge or start

Hello,
My toshiba satellite pro C850 stopped working since this morning because I left it on and it died overnight. Therefore I can't seem to get it to come on even though my power LED light is on the charge and battery light is still off and it doesn't charge or start up...HELP
