Can not log in or get code

Hello,
I am having problems of logging in my fb acccount i i am not receiving my code generator or login code on my sms as i am waiting though my mobile number encoded is exact only my email was not change but then i dont have access on it.can you please help me get or retrieve my account?!.please help me send my code generator or login code for me to recover my account.
