(CCM) — Google has published the February 2018 Android Distribution chart, which shows an upward trend for Android 8.0 Oreo and Android 7.0 Nougat across Android devices. According to the data outlined in the chart, Android Nougat has the highest use percentage, having climbed to 28.5% from 26.4% since January. On its heels are Android Marshmallow, up to 28.1% from 28.6%, and Android Lollipop.
Samsung is expected to launch its upcoming flagship, which will run Android 8.0 Oreo, further increasing the uptake rate of Oreo for March's evaluation. Additionally, various other manufacturers are expected to launch new Oreo-enabled devices at Barcelona's MWC 2018 even.
