After recently starting the rollout of the Oreo update for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, Samsung has halted it.
(CCM) — Last week, Samsung initiated the rollout of the much-awaited Oreo update for its flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. The update made its way to several regions, but Samsung has spontaneously stopped the rollout.
According to a report, Samsung's Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ is no longer available for download from its servers. The company has not yet given a statement to clarify why it suddenly pulled the update.
