Dvd issue

Hello,
I have new dell desktop with dvd rom....i can read data cd&dvd's but i can't open emty(new) cd....plz help me

You can't open blank CD... you must burn something on it to open it!

Hai Dear

i tried to burn cd ..but its not happinig..cd not detecting..

Please verify if you have a DVD Writer or a simple DVD reader! Normally you won't be able to burn cd with a simple DVD Reader!

OR

I will recommend you using NERO to burn if you have a DVD Writer.. Just insert the blank CD or DVD then select Make data disk!
