How to detect my dvd in my dvd/cd friver

Hello, actually i have dvd/cd driver in my system. but whenever i put the dvd which has the setup of the asp.net.
but this dvd is working in all other system but not in my system. so what can i do for this problem? and also this dvd working in my system also before some days. but at now it is not working or detecting in my system.

hi there,

make a system restore

it may be some recent updates or software installed

is causing this issue ,also clean the lens by using a lens cleaner
