Hello, ever since I had reformatted my PC I am unable to burn videos to blank dvd's.
CD's work and I'm using windows media player, and help would be appreciated.

You will need to install a DVD program since XP does not have DVD software included. This is a free program:

It still doesn't work, the program you offered says "Error insert a writable disk" when I go into my computer the dvd drive doesn't even sense that theres a disk in the driver.

Wait, I got it working, I'm not sure why it wasn't working before but the program you offered is now sensing the disk and everything works great!
