My 2DS freeze (virus?)

Hello, I have a problematic issue with my 2DS. Let me explain :

Thursday 08/31: I returned from vacation. I wanted to play with my brothers with our 2DS but none came out the sleep mode. So I wanted to try with another 2DS, but same thing.
Friday 09/1 and Saturday 09/2: no problem, I could play online as usual.
Sunday 09/3: reappearance of the problem. Since then I can no longer play online (the game freezes then the music becomes very strange), the 2DS do not always come out of the sleep mode (I have to turn them off) and sometimes one of them (for moment) freezes in the menu (knowing that the SD card is not always recognized).
When I was on vacation, they worked very well (except for the Internet since they were not connected). They are all under the first version (except one). I was playing Yo-kai watch blasters when it happened after I got home.

I have many qustions :

1 - Where does the breakdown come from
2 - Will disconnecting and reconnecting the consoles be enough to resolve the problem?
3 - Do you have the same problem?

PS: For the moment the 2DS don't freeze in the menu when no game is suspended

Hi,

Do you have the same game installed on both of your consoles? What did you do before your consoles begin to malfunction?

As there are no updates for your games in the Nintendo eShop, you can try repairing them by going to Menu > Settings/Other > History > Redownloadable Software > Your Downloads. Select the game that's having issues, then select Software Info > Repair Software.

Update also your 2DS system to the latest version in order to fix stability issues and other bugs. Go to System Settings > Other Settings > 4 > System Update.

I have one downloaded and 2 in cartridge. I haven't done anything special to my consoles. Unfortunately this problem now appears in the menu without a game suspended, so I think the problem is not related to the game. I have already done the last update on each of the 2DS

I invite you to try performing a factory reset of your console. This will help to find out if the problem is software or hardware related.

Does your console freeze if you remove the SD card / cartridge?
