Hi,
Do you have the same game installed on both of your consoles? What did you do before your consoles begin to malfunction?
As there are no updates for your games in the Nintendo eShop, you can try repairing them by going to Menu > Settings/Other > History > Redownloadable Software > Your Downloads. Select the game that's having issues, then select Software Info > Repair Software.
Update also your 2DS system to the latest version in order to fix stability issues and other bugs. Go to System Settings > Other Settings > 4 > System Update.
Good luck

I think I fixed the problem :)
I had to turn off and then turn on the decoder and the livebox (Orange) following a potential internet problem in my room. Not only did the internet come back but I could see today that my 2DS is working properly again :) A few days ago my little brother played MK7 but his 2DS crashed after a while. Since restarting the livebox I can play YKW blasters online again
Thank you even for your answers :)
I'm moving the topic to resolved

Glad to hear that restarting your router has fixed the issue.
Thank you for getting back to us!

This damn bug has reappeared! It lasted 2 weeks! >:(
I don't understand why and I would like to be able to enjoy online games until the online services end.
Do you have a solution ? Restart the livebox again? Thank you for your answers

Hi,
You can try restarting your router again, but it looks like it is not a permanent solution...
What I can suggest is to try to factory reset your 2DS to restore the system and eliminate bugs. Before you begin, back up your games to a SD card so you won't lose anything.
Good luck

Thank you for your answer :)
I restarted the livebox with no results this time |:(
For the reset I'm afraid of doing something stupid and losing everything. Is there another solution?

That's all I can suggest, I'm afraid - but I think it's the most effective solution. If you're worried about performing a factory reset of your console, contact Nintendo Support so they'll guide you through the steps to save your data - and restore them after reset. You can also ask them if they've other solutions you can try.

Hi, I was able to deduce that the fault really comes from the internet since yesterday I disconnected a 2DS from the internet and it did not freeze. I don't know that resetting them will change much. Do you have a solution to continue playing with the connection enabled? Thanks for your answers

Hi,
You could try forgetting the network and reconnecting to it. Another suggestion would be to enter your WiFi info manually (by selecting static instead of DHCP), or try changing your DNS server by using this one for example.
Check if your router is also providing a 2.4 GHz frequency, not just a 5 GHz frequency. And make sure no setting on your router is preventing your 2DS from connecting to the network properly (firewall settings, MAC filtering...)
Good luck

Thanks for your answer :)
I have one downloaded and 2 in cartridge. I haven't done anything special to my consoles. Unfortunately this problem now appears in the menu without a game suspended, so I think the problem is not related to the game. I have already done the last update on each of the 2DS

I invite you to try performing a factory reset of your console. This will help to find out if the problem is software or hardware related.

Does your console freeze if you remove the SD card / cartridge?
