Pioneer Dvd Writer

Hello,
sir i have a pioneer Dvd writer
that is not open dvd's
cd's are reading corectly
Dvd writing fails
so Please tell me any suggestion

Dear Sir,

This is a problem which occurs when you failed to burn a dvd once,

So now you will have to replace to a new one
