what do you mean by unsupported file. is this message coming up when you try to view the file ?
what this usualy means is that your computer does not have the codecs necessary to view the file.
it can usualy be solved by downloading the correct codecs to your pc.
what is the operating system in use?
what is the file you are trying to view,
what program are you trying to view it with?
